You’ll be notified once your order has been dispatched along with tracking information (if available).

🚚 2. Shipping & Delivery Time

We currently offer nationwide delivery across the UAE.
Estimated delivery time:

Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–3 business days
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain: 2–5 business days

Note: Delivery time may vary slightly during sales, promotions, or peak seasons.

💰 3. Shipping Charges

Free Delivery on orders above AED 150.
A standard delivery fee of AED 15–20 applies to orders below AED 150 (depending on location).

💵 4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service across the UAE.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.

🔄 5. Delayed or Missed Deliveries

If your order is delayed, our support team will notify you.
In case you miss a delivery attempt, our courier partner will contact you to arrange another attempt.
